Positive 3 Month Report

Well, I am satisfied with Gator. Before them I choose a company based in Canada that never set the account up, or responded to emails, phone or live support, but they did charge my credit card for the 3 month package I ordered! 3 months later when they tried to charge again, they found an invalid credit card – surprise! I’m not a complete idiot!

I have a small website for adult fan art and chose adult hosting because I didn’t want to worry about the ‘cyber police’. I took the Baby package, so I have way more bandwidth then I will ever need. The control panel has so much more than my previous company. Especially find the stats fascinating - could gaze at them for hours.

The fact that you have a forum and a someone actually reads (and posts) tells me that you certainly have an interest in keeping your customers happy. So far, I have had no trouble, so I wonder why some people have complains and other are happy.

Oh, and I want to add, I was happy to discover that their servers are in Texas, instead of here in Florida. While Texas does get hurricanes, on the whole, they are a bit dryer than us.
