I`ve been thinking of purchasing 2checkout, mainly as an alternative to paypal. I installed WHMAP few days ago, after having fun with things going wrong!! Anyway, the latter is working now.
So what about 2checkout? I`m just starting out, 2checkout seems like a viable option, without the hefty setup front fees others usually ask for. Does it work well with AP? How does the process work? Say I`m a client signing up for one of my packages, I pay by visa which goes through 2 checkout.... then what? Also, I`m in Canada. I`ve read that 2checkout has direct deposit options to most US banks, and some Canadian ones. Anyone know which Canadian banks are workable? Before I shell out 50 bucks for this, I need to know what problems I will get? Many thanks.

Well, for 50 bucks I thought what the heck!! I`ve signed up for it. Now comes the confusing part.
What steps do I take next to get both 2checkout and whmAP communicating correctly? I`ve set my bank account details in 2checkout. I read the whmAP manual that says all I need to do is add my SID to the whmAP payment gateway. Is that it? What about on the 2checkout side? Thanks.

Well I`m basically stalled out on the 2checkout side of things.
I was told I need to setup the recurring products section, so that it matches my package plans on whmAP. Ok, but in the recurring products area there are boxes that mean nothing to me. Weight, Tangible, inventory. I`m reselling, not selling fruit and veg I don`t really understand how I`m supposed to match these up when they don`t make sense. What is a product ID, and where do I get this from? I need to add this to both 2checkout and to whmAP Name, do I put the package name in here or the whm plan name?

I`ve decided to dump 2checkout. I`ve never know so many problems with installing it with whmAP.
The whole thing is one nightmare to configure, the redirect does not work correctly. I get sent about a dozen emails just for setting up a demo account. Some have errors, some say account pending, some say account installed. Heck, I need to be freakin` Einstein to work out this The whmAP forum gives me different solutions each time. Man, it`s a waste of money if these things don`t go together. Fortunately 2CO gave me a refund. After the last two days, of trying this and trying that, I`ve just about lost all my hair! At least paypal was easy to setup and integrate. I guess I`ll have to stick with that, if integrating third party processors are going to be this much trouble
