I have been here going on 2 years and have had VERY LITTLE problems. I came in from a previously wonderful hosting company that went down the drain after opening VoIP service there. After some slight issues on the transfer, everything has gone smooth and the support has been amazing here. I would recommend this service to anyone.
![]() Here is the slight exception, there are absolutely no incentives for renewing customers. I can understand not doing it for monthly or maybe even yearly renewals, but for someone who signs up for 2 years or more there should be some kind of slight discount given. The reason I bring this up is because apparently you can cancel and then sign up as a new customer now and get the BIG discounts with a slight downtime. Please help out those of us who would LIKE to stay? Even if its just a little bit.
