2 Suggestions
I have two suggestions,
1. (I don't know if you have this or not) Not all people are going to be checking the forum all the time. I think a good thing to look into is an E-Blast. In which if there is an update or something of the sort for instance the cPanel theme change users would know about this via email. 2. On the new online chat style, when a message nears the bottom of the white text area it gets some what distorted near the bottom. Possibly make the cut off a pixel higher. This is just my two cents. I was in a chat earlier with support and it was hard for me to view the text nearing the bottom because a portion of it was disappearing
