2 months of hostgator

I've been with hostgator for two months so far, and while I've had some exotic SSL issues, they were much, much better than any other host I've worked with, the hosting company of my nightmares being m6.net. I've been with m6.net for 2yrs now for some ASP hosting, and since my signup, they couldn't address my problem of not being able to create and manage mysql databases and make the online ftp client work.
Hostgator on the other hand replied in a timely fashion to all my tickets. There has been some confusion regarding SSL features (certificates unsetting themselves and such), but the problems eventually got solved.
I think it's the best thing you can get as far as features and support, without paying a small fortune.
