141MB default used on Acura for new accounts

Every new account that I create in WHM is showing 141MB of disk space used by default.

The error doesn't trigger cpanel over quotas if the package is smaller than 50MB and I'm still able to upload files to these accounts, but I'm still concerned.

Is anyone facing the same problem on Acura?

Live chat couldn't resolve the issue and e-mail support has yet to respond, for the past 12 hours, so I'll try my luck here.

Actually, I have the opposite.. I created an account I think 4 days ago and I have a Mambo install + a gallery component + 300 photos on it.. which should come to at least 50mb but is showing 0.00mb disk usage.

Another that was created when I first signed with HG is showing approx. correct usage of 914mb

I suspect that it's only the stats that're screwed up. I wish mine's reporting extra space like yours because it is not good for clients who sign up and see that they have -91MB of available disk space.

Maybe the things would be fixed if you re-assign packages to accounts
