I've had a good year with HG. My reseller account has been rock solid. The only real "outage" was one just recently that affected multiple servers, about 30 minutes.
Performance has been great, support has been most excellent and several times, went beyond what was necessary in order to help. More recently and specifically, Christopher D. Thanks HG for getting my server needs stable and thanks for a trouble free year. Joe Figura Jems Media LLC |

Thank you for your great review here at HostGator. We strive for customer satisfaction and when we get feedback like this we know we are succeeding with our goal. The outage was a very unfortunate thing as our datacenter is one of the best, if not the best in the world. Things happen sometimes and we try to at least keep our customers updated via twitter http://twitter.com/hostgator (if you have a twitter account you should follow us) We also post any outages, drive swaps or potential issues in our "Network Status" forum.
