#1 in support -Go Gator!

Normally I peruse this forum when there is a Network/Server problem (actually quite rare in the grand scheme of things), but I thought I would say a few words to those newbies to HostGator, or those who may contemplate using their services.

I have moved most all of our 30+ Websites to ‘gator for good reason -Price AND Service. I’ve been in this business since 1997 and have used many Web hosts (10!!) from the Big Guys to the back-room operations -some of which are now out of business. Let me tell you straight out. Gator is by far #1 in tech support. When I have a problem or issue I call Gator by phone. Even on Sundays 10am eastern I’ve talked to Justin, Ben,……within seconds of my call. No other host will give you that kind of service. None. It’s as simple as that.

Gator goes the extra mile in my opinion even when it is out of their control because of DNS attacks, network problems in Texas, crazy scripts. ETC. If you are looking for a new Host don’t even hesitate –Go Gator.
