Frustrated

It has been a total nightmare to try to open account with hostgator.
My emails for the ticket are either ignored or takes 9-10 hours for useless responses. My attachments of ids were not received twice, I had to create an ftp account for it.
When calling phone support, The guy hung up after one hour, without resolving and never called back.
According to original email from hostgator it would have taken only 20 minutes to open the account. (I am in US).
This is my third day. My ticket# is KDV-2407771.
Can somebody open my account.

Your account has been activated. In the future please do not reply back to a ticket until you receive a response because it will push it to the end of the queue since we do tickets oldest to newest.

Thanks for taking care of this promptly, posting on the forum was my last choice, My apology for the outbusrt.

I had earlier asked for a change of user name, I need this so that transfer from current provider to you will be smooth.
I have sent another email to sales@hostgator.com for this.
